Trobleshooting:

• Error: 691/692 - Verifying User Name and Password
  # Renter username and password manually / Account has expired / Check that you are not using a new machine on a Mac locked account.


• Error: 678 /651 - Remote Computer does not respond / WAN Miniport…
  # Plug in the Network cable into your LAN card. If error persists contact Hi5 Broadband Office. # Contact Hi5 Broadband Office.


• Error: 769 - WAN Miniport does not respond / Remote Computer does not respond.
  # Go to Network Connections/change adapter setting in Start Menu or under Control panel and there enable the LAN card which will be currently grayed out.
